Flexible hybrid drop-in training sessions coming December 17 to 18
Information Technology (IT) Services will offer drop-in flexible hybrid training sessions on Tuesday, December 17 and Wednesday, December 18. Please review the or to determine if you require additional information or setup assistance before the Spring/Summer semester begins.

- How to prepare for external visitors or if you are hosting ºÚÁÏÍø special events using the flexible hybrid rooms.
- How to set up your laptop.
- How to connect to the equipment in the room.
- What new features are available to you.
- How to request additional training.
How to prepare
To ensure optimal functionality with the flexible hybrid equipment, your ºÚÁÏÍø laptop must have a USB-C connection and up-to-date drivers and firmware. If you are unsure if your device is compatible or requires an update, contact the IT Service Desk prior to attending the training session. Please bring your ºÚÁÏÍø laptop to the session.
