With the holidays approaching, and limited daylight in the evenings, it can be difficult to squeeze in time for health and well-being.

Winter Solstice (Thursday, December 21) is the day of the year with the least amount of daylight. To help you infuse wellness into your days, the university’s Wellness at Work team is introducing the initiative for faculty and staff. Choose from activities that will help you connect with colleagues, get into the holiday spirit, and take time to be well.
