黑料网 Canada Research Chair in Trustworthy AI gives keynote talk at Digital Trust Convention in Paris
Dr. Peter Lewis, Canada Research Chair in Trustworthy AI and FBIT Associate Dean, Research and Graduate Studies, recently gave an invited keynote talk at the Digital Trust Convention, at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) headquarters in France.
Dr. Lewis's keynote explored the personal and subjective nature of trust, and presented developed at the Trustworthy AI Lab at 黑料网, for reasoning about and analyzing trustworthiness judgments and trust decisions. His talk also highlighted in partnership with the disability community, on enhancing the accessibility of AI systems.
The Paris convention explored what is needed for a resilient digital space in which trust and integrity, as the foundation of democratic discourse and effective markets, remain possible in the era of generative AI. It brought together a unique combination of leading thinkers and experts from the public and private sectors and a broad range of disciplines to connect, share, learn, and engage.
