Canada Graduate Scholarships – Master’s (CGS-M) application deadline: December 1
Domestic upper-year undergraduate and current graduate students who intend to pursue graduate studies in the 2025-2026 academic year may now apply for a Canada Graduate Scholarship (Master’s). These scholarships are administered jointly by Canada’s three granting agencies: Canadian Institute for Health Research (CIHR), Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) and Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).
- Value: $27,000 for one year
- Internal deadline for applications: Sunday, December 1
- ºÚÁÏÍø quotas: CIHR (one), NSERC (five), SSHRC (six)
To be eligible, students must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.70/4.30 in each of the last two years of study and are required to upload their official post-secondary transcripts to their application in the online application portal.
