She shares research-informed tactical strategies for moving theory into committed action, and big ideas that radically shift how people feel in real-world settings.
By learning how to apply key insights for building awareness, personal and team accountability, and habit formation, people can implement stress and recovery strategies that are built on the foundation of evidence-based science.
