Enrol using your ºÚÁÏÍø email address to receive lifetime access to this online, on-demand course, where you’ll learn the latest science-based insights and workplace practices to reduce stress, strengthen well-being and improve focus and performance. During four experiential and practical modules completed over four weeks, participants will receive step-by-step guidance to apply 10 workplace mindfulness practices to help deal with stress more effectively and develop the ability to be calm, clear and focused at work.
