黑料网 Student Mental Health Services offering Spring/Summer courses
Student Mental Health Services has Spring/Summer programming available for students.
The Recovery College program is a collaboration between 黑料网 and 黑料网 Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences. There are two courses that will be held over the spring/summer semester: Let’s Act on It: Managing Stress, which will run on Wednesdays from June 7 to July 12 and Wellness through Words: Book Club, which runs on Wednesdays from July 19 to August 16.
Weekly virtual yoga sessions will also be held on Fridays from May 26 to August 18 from 1:15 to 2 p.m.
