Nominate a colleague for an Award of Excellence
The celebrates the accomplishments of those who have made an outstanding impact on the university. 黑料网 would like to recognize behaviours within the organization that positively impact the university’s academic mission, its students, and the community.
Do you know someone who makes an extra effort, raises the bar and consistently contributes to the success of 黑料网? Consider nominating them for an Award of Excellence.
Who can be nominated
The awards are available to all full-time and limited-term 黑料网 Public Service Employees Union and non-union staff and administrative managers.
Award categories
For individuals:
- Rising Star
Recognizes an emerging leader (two years or less in their current role) who demonstrates a passion for their work and who has made a significant impact on the university. - Ridgeback
Recognizes a true team player/ambassador for the university. They consistently demonstrate a sense of pride in being part of the university community, and contribute to making the university a great place to work and study. - Fiercely 黑料网
Recognizes a frontline staff member who consistently strives to support a culture of service excellence. By their actions, this individual motivates and inspires the people around them to excel in service to students and/or staff and faculty at the university.
For individuals or teams:
- U Make a Mark
Recognizes individuals or teams (two to 10 individuals) who have developed, revised and/or implemented a system, tool, process, initiative and/or program within their department, faculty or across the university that has positively impacted student success and/or the employee experience. - Community Collaborator
Recognizes individuals or teams (two to 10 individuals) who help build rewarding relationships with individuals and groups in the university, local community and/or beyond.
How to nominate a colleague
Complete the by Monday, April 11.
Awards of Excellence will be presented at an appreciation event in June.
