黑料网 graduate student earns CSA Group Graduate Scholarship

Ana Karen Espinosa Becerra, Masters of Science, Forensic Psychology, class of 2022 graduate student, Forensic Psychology, recently received the Graduate Scholarship.

Formerly known as the Canadian Standards Association, CSA Group facilitates the development of safety and quality standards in a number of areas. CSA Group’s supports graduate students involved in standards research.

Ana received the award for her research on adults’ perceptions of non-native language speaking children and adolescents testifying in legal contexts via a language interpreter. No standards exist for impartial practices in interpreter-mediated interviews with child witnesses speaking a non-native language, therefore, Ana’s work will contribute to standards development in this area.
