黑料网 will offer a new flexible hybrid audio-visual system for onsite and remote learning

The university’s has developed to allow equitable participation in a class by all students whether learning onsite or remotely.

As the fall term approaches, the university will install the new technology in two dozen classrooms and will hold training sessions for those faculty who intend to use the technology in the fall term.

Successful use of the flexible hybrid systems will depend on the faculty member:

  • Having a computer with a USB-C port and up-to-date software.
  • Receiving training on device settings that must be configured the first time the system is used, as well as tips on how to display videos and presentations in their chosen video conference tool.

Faculty members who identified that they intend to use the technology received an email from IT on August 4. The email invited these faculty members to register for a training session, schedule hands-on access to the demonstration equipment, and obtain a compatible computer (if required). Participation in a training session is strongly recommended.

Please check your university email inbox for further details.
